- Practice, good quality practices - VOLLEYBALL SKILLS, (10-12 training sessions per month, 1.5h - 2h each)
- Weight Training - Focus on building strength and size,
- Flexibility training,
- Focus on improving foundation movement patterns,
- Improving fundamental movements patterns,
- Cardio conditioning.
- IMPROVEMENT ON ALL YOUR VOLLEYBALL SKILLS -
You simply can't build these qualities in the middle of a competitive season. Instead, you must build these qualities in the offseason so they can be shown and used during the competitive season.
