    Programs are personalized to benefit beginning exercisers to advanced clients as well as those interested in sports specific or post rehab training. Your trainer will work with you to find your best program and to make changes as your fitness level increases.

    GROUP TRAINING
    Small group training is as a hybrid between personal training and group exercise. The workout is led by a coach, the group members motivate each other, and the coach gives attention to each participant in the group during every workout session. A small group session must have min. 3 people max. 12 people. Groups are kept small to guarantee interaction between the coach and each participant.

    STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
    Athletic Conditioning begins with the fundamental resistance movements, important flexibility and mobility drills, and high-intensity conditioning(aero and anaero). All aspects of the program are designed to increase explosive performance,strength,flexibility and athletic ability. Using a combination of techniques from the most commonly-played sports, your coach takes you through drills to bolster reaction time, efficient movement, and kinesthesia. This class is an intermediate to advanced level.

    CARDIOVASCULAR TRAINING
    Cardiovascular exercise, also called cardiorespiratory exercise, involves movement that gets your heart rate up to improve oxygen consumption by the body. An essential part of every exercise program, cardio not only helps you lose or maintain weight, it helps you build endurance so you can remain active for a longer period of time.

    STRENGTH TRAINING
    Strength training is a type of physical exercise specializing in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles. When properly performed, strength training can provide significant functional benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being, including increased bone, muscle, tendon and ligament strength and toughness, improved joint function, reduced potential for injury, increased bone density, increased metabolism, increased fitness, improved cardiac function, and improved lipoprotein lipid profiles, including elevated HDL ("good") cholesterol.

    CIRCUIT TRAINING
    You won't be bored when you do circuit training. This workout gets your heart rate up and strengthens your muscles at the same time. You’ll move quickly through 8-10 exercise stations to work different muscle groups with little to no rest between stations. Each station has a different exercise

    FLEXIBILITY TRAINING
    Flexibility training is perhaps the most undervalued component of conditioning. While recent and ongoing debate questions its role in injury prevention, athletes can still gain much from a stretching regime. In general terms, flexibility has been defined as the range of motion about a joint and its surrounding muscles during a passive or dynamic movement.

    PILATES
    Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and crea tes long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.

    CORRECTIVE GYMNASTICS
    Corrective exercise is a set of physical exercises dosed in intensity, type and duration, which could be applied preventively to children/adults who have a predisposition for the development of a postural deformity or therapy if they already exist. The exercises aim is to increase muscle strength, increase range of motion and improve the coordination of movement. Exercise of remedial gymnastics programs aim to prevent the possible formation of deformity and ensure proper development of the child/adults, or to correct and prevent further progression of physical deformities.

    NUTRITION ADVISOR
    Fitness and nutrition consultants combine principles of both fitness and nutrition when helping clients. For the nutrition portion, the consultant reviews a client's current eating habits and wellness goals, such as losing weight, treating a disease or preventing future health issues. The consultant then puts together a meal plan and educates the client on proper nutrition and choosing foods that help treat and prevent certain diseases and conditions the client may have. On the fitness side, a consultant creates a workout plan that combines cardiovascular, strength and flexibility, he consultant also teaches the client what foods to eat before and after a workout.
